Ingredients
- 1 LB cooked shredded chicken (3 cups)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tsp dijion mustard
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
Instructions
- combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Chill, covered in the fridge for at least a half hour before enjoying
